Head Chef Vincent Masson, a Normandy native, has spent his career in France and all over Europe, learning local traditions and techniques along the way.

He calls Sentro an opportunity to share his culinary emotions and to combine his creativity and experience, personally selecting seasonal, local, and high quality ingredients.

The Belgian government has decided the closure of all restaurants to slow down the spread of the coronavirus. Sentro is closed until further notice but our terrace is open. Feel free to come for a drink and quick bite!*
