Head Chef Vincent Masson, a Normandy native, has spent his career in France and all over Europe, learning local traditions and techniques along the way.
He calls Sentro an “opportunity to share the culinary emotions of my different experiences in Europe.” He uses this opportunity to combine his creativity and experience, personally selecting seasonal, local, and high quality ingredients.
Our name, “Sentro,” combines the words “Centro” and “Senses,” just as we pair our exceptional location at the heart of Europe with the unique tastes and textures that come from expertly prepared seasonal and locally-sourced foods.
We make our home in the lobby and bar of Hilton Brussels Grand Place. Stop in for a meal or book our private dining area for an event with fantastic views of Brussels’ city center.
